  • Accra, Ghana – The two-day ECOSOC Ministerial Meeting on e-health has ended in Accra with a call on participants “to avoid the creation of a new divide between the developed and developing nations in the attempt to adopt e-health solutions.”  This was contained in the closing remarks of Ghana’s Minister of Health, Dr. George Yankey.
